posting messages on our message board,
we would encourage you to do the following:
When posting the subject title, please
list the major metropolitan area and/or
abbreviation of the state where the property
is located. For example, a posting could
read something like this: 56 units, Sacramento,
Ca., $2.8 Mil. When you post the body
of the message, please give detailed information
of the property, i.e. area, unit mix,
location, income, expenses, price, down
payment financing, etc. A major metropolitan
area should be spelled out completely
in the subject line so that when other
users do "searches", they can
find every property located in that particular
metropolitan area. States in which there
are a significant number of postings for
apartment buildings include Ca., Wa.,
Or., Tx., Ut., Co., Az., and Nv.
If
you are interested in finding an apartment
building in a specific state or metropolitan
area, use the "search" on our
message board. Go to apartmentsforsale.com
and click on the message board. Then click
on "List Apartments for Sale".
A random list will then come up identifying
different apartment for sale postings.
On the right hand side of the page, look
for "search". Click on "search"
and then type in the city, state or metropolitan
area in which you are interested in obtaining
information. A list of apartment for sale
postings will then come up in those areas
of which you have selected and identified
Apartments for Sale. Click on the subject
title message of that particular posting
and you will receive all information regarding
that particular apartment building. Feel
free then to call the broker to obtain
more information.
Much
of the information regarding the postings
on apartmentsforsale.com is already on
file with our research department. You
can save yourself a great deal of time
by directly calling the principal brokers
at apartmentsforsale.com
to obtain a package for a particular posted
property. If we have information for that
particular posting, we will be more than
happy to fax it to you or direct you to
call the listing broker.
